I have not been blogging for too long. And, life changed so much for Aishwarya. And the biggest change is her getting married with Abhishek after her linkups with Salman, and Vivek Oberoi.

Well, very recently I read that she admitted about her likings for motherhood. Kudos to her that unlike others, she made it public without really bothering about its impact on career.
After Mangal Pandey The Rising, director Ketan Mehta moves to the story of Rani Laxmi Bai of Jhansi.
Ketan Mehta wants Aishwarya Rai to play the valiant queen of Jhansi in his movie. A report quotes Mehta as saying, I have spoken to Aishwarya. But lets wait and see. The movie is likely to go on the floor in early 2006.
Indian Beauty Aishwarya Rai, has arrived in Tunis the Tunisian capitol, to start shooting her new action/adventure/war Hollywood movie 'The Last Legion'.
The movie which will hit the screens in 2006 is based on the famous novel of the same title by Valerio Massimo Manfredi. Aishwarya will star in this movie along side actors Ben Kingsley and Colin Firth.

Salman is alleged to have tried bully Aishwarya into performing for a programme of gangster Abu Salem and threatening her with his underworld connections. The conversation was recorded in 2001, the newspaper said. A TV news channel also played the tapes. Now what is this Sallu. If that is true, that is just shameful. Maharashtra government ordered an inquiry into the veracity of the alleged talks between Salman Khan and actress Aishwarya Rai baring the actor's underworld links. This is done after BJP, sitting in opposition, demanded invoking MCOCA against the actor. Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh told the Assembly that an inquiry would be conducted into the allegations that Khan had threatened Aishwarya with "dire consequences" if she failed to attend specific events linked to the underworld. The Opposition BJP raised the issue in the Assembly with its leader Gopinath Munde demanding that Salman Khan be booked under MCOCA for his alleged links with the underworld.

Priyanka Chopra has replaced Aishwarya Rai in Rohan Sippy’s Bluff Master, starring Abhishek Bachchan and Riteish Deshmukh. I am not so happy after knowing it about replacement of Aishwarya. Priyanka is an upcoming and good actress but I dont understand, why anyone would want to have Priyanka act in place of Aishwarya.
It seems Aishwarya hasn’t been informed that she is being dropped from the film, she told the press in Amsterdam (where she was attending the IIFA events) that she needed to get back to Mumbai in time to shoot for Rohan’s film. This is very bad on Roahn sippy's part and also not good for Aishwarya part from carrier point of view. Lets be honest.
